IndiMusic TV Appoints New Members to Board of Directors Signaling Strategic Growth & Announces New Corporate Developments

NEW YORK, (December, 2016) — IndiMusic TV, the first “Social Media Broadcast Network” and first global 24/7 broadcast music TV network and musician social community (www.IndiMusic.tv), announced today the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors, with strong track records and diversified backgrounds, signaling the company’s continued innovation, evolution and growth.

IndiMusic TV also announced a series of new enhancements and corporate developments. It unveiled an improved, faster and mobile-friendly website in October. In addition, IndiMusic TV released new Android and IOS apps with consistent branding and quick access to its 24/7 broadcast and VOD assets. Additionally, IndiMusic TV announced a strategic and equity business partnership with Nascar Xfinity Series team Frank Cicci and Associates Motorsports LLC.

The newly expanded Board of Directors led by Chairman and Founder, Chris Pati, named experienced leaders from various industries including Brian Hyndman, Harsh W. Sharma, John Velasco, and Cory Greenway. The new members replace recently retired Directors, Kim Goh from Hudson Venture Capital and Bill Zeh, former Head of Logistics at EMI worldwide. Both will remain partners and stockholders of IndiMusic TV.

Brian Hyndman joins the IndiMusic TV Board after a successful Wall Street career having most recently served as Senior Vice President of Nasdaq’s Global Information Services. Prior to Nasdaq, Hyndman was President of Brut ECN, a trading electronic communications network.

Harsh W. Sharma joins the Board after a 27 year career in financial services, insurance and healthcare across the private and public sector. His deep business and technology background includes experience in regulatory compliance, audit, risk management, data and analytics, operational efficiency and block chain technology. Harsh has worked with the White House, Federal Agencies, global regulators and the private sector on the development and adoption of industry standards.

John Velasco has been in the entertainment industry for over 40 years; he brings music publishing, management, product branding, copyright and production experience to the Board. With an impressive music, film and TV production background (he produced the the first music movie co-production with the BBC), Velasco has signed and represented many leading artists throughout his career and held executive positions at major corporations, including United Artists Music and CBS Songs; he set up the first UK music publishing company, Interworld for Bertelsmann Group (BMG).

Newly appointed Board Member Cory Greenway is also currently Vice President of Programming for IndiMusic TV, Cory has vast experience across every aspect of the music industry as a performer, producer and promoter, which allows him to scout the best emerging talent in the industry across all genres for IndiMusic TV. He also runs daily operations for programming and content creation/acquisition.                               

In addition to appointing new Board Members, IndiMusic TV named Michael Padurano its new Head of Business Development. In this capacity, Padurano will be responsible for widening IndiMusic TV’s business by growing revenue, identifying new strategic alliances, partnerships and securing new marketing channels, sponsors and advertisers. This month Padurano secured IndiMusic TV’s promotional partnership with Nascar Xfinity Series racing team Frank Cicci Motorsports LLC.
