We got the opportunity to interview Kaylib and give her an outlet to introduce herself and work.

What is your artist name or what name do you go by?
“I go by Kb or Kaylib Rilley”
What city do you represent?
“I represent New York City!”
What got you started working on your craft?
“School actually did! Art and music are my outlets in life, my way of escaping.”
Any goals you want to achieve this year?
“I will have one of my art pieces in a museum or acknowledged, and both my portfolios are to be finished by the end of this year.”
Anyone you would like to work with?
“Regarding fashion I would LOVE to work wit sketchy tank and @warrenlotas and in regards to music J Cole and riri FOR SURE!”
Any up and coming artist you look up to or would like to shout out?
“DEFINITELY DANILO because he is one of the most talented, hard working, ambitious person I know as well as his sister Lizbeth Concepcion, they are amazing.”
What is the most recent project you’re working on?
“I am working on a bunch of t shirt design for my brand I’m going to start!”
Any big news you would like to share?
“I’m grateful I’m getting comfortable as an artist so soon I’m going to be able to share it with the world not only my art but my apparel as well”
What struggles do you go through as an up and coming artist? How do you overcome them?
“I’m not one to care about the haters, but it’s harder to block it out when it’s your family who’s tryna bring you down so I have to remind myself that that’s what comes wit the job and not everyone is gonna understand your passion”
