Music project Nördfriend returns with new single Kevätloitsu
Electronic music project Nördfriend returns with their track Kevätloitsu (from Finnish: “Spring spell”). The track becomes lead single from the upcoming album. The album’s title is not revealed yet; the date of release is to be announced.
“Spring spell is for celebrating spring approaching. We’re like dryads that live in your social media timeline,” says one of the project members.
Talking about the theme and mood of their new album, they mention things like divination and rituals: “Main narration of our album talks about the craft of divination. It’s fun sometimes to get knowledge about ancient rituals and stuff. It gave us huge inspiration to compose new sound and finally start releasing it. We’re back.”
Lead single Kevätloitsu will be released on the 14th of February worldwide. The cover of Kevätloitsu radiates the Leaf Fluttering in Wind Emoji’s energy. The photo was taken in the city center of Turku, Finland.
