Singer-Songwriter Rachael Sage’s Single ‘Bravery’s On Fire’ Breaks Into Top 40 Charts
On 4th October 2019, Rachel Sage released single ‘Bravery’s on Fire’. The
concept of courage has taken on a whole new meaning for the singer-songwriter, who has
recently revealed that she was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in 2018.
Now 4 months on and with a music video for the track in her catalog, this very song has seen unbelievable success in the top 40 music charts. Currently in the number 38 spot and counting, Sage’s ‘Bravery’s On Fire’ has peaked in the charts before this second occasion.
Coming in on number 46 at the tail end of last year, making it into the 38 positions now can only mean that the track is set to dominate the charts even further. Knocking out the likes of Andrew Austin and Brockhampton in its ascent, looking deeper into the track, ‘Bravery’s On Fire’ will always be reflected on candidly for Rachael Sage.
Sage wrote ‘Bravery’s on Fire’ while navigating the whirlwind of surgery, chemo, and
radiation. She explains, “it was the most humbling and challenging mountain I’ve ever had to climb… I went on a very internal journey to summon strength I never knew I had.”
With deeply personal importance rooted within the track’s lyrics, Rachael Sage hopes to raise awareness of the disease, with 100% of the proceeds from the single being distributed to women’s cancer research, making ‘Bravery’s On Fire’ even more deserving of all the success it receives.
