Trelly Mack Making Headlines
Another music highlight this month also seems to stem from Milwaukee, WI. One listen and I am hooked by Trelly. The beats are great, his lyrics are well thought out and I’d be surprised if these lyrics were all freestyle. His voice also holds a nice volume and power control.
“It’z Whateva” kills it on first listen and just gets better from there. “New Day” delivers a great message and is delivered with superb presentation. He doesn’t rely solely on one vocal style either. His selection of beats allows him to shine in different areas and I think I found one of my favorite underground rappers of recent memory.
His bio states that he is a rap artist/song writer/producer/CEO of Hard Labor Entertainment which all began in the game at age 12. His networking skills seemed to do him justice. It allowed him to do shows with Yo Gotti, Waka Flocka Fame and Wiz Khalifia.
Soon, his fourth mixtape “The Leftovers” will be out followed by another mixtape due out later this year called “Gangsta Rap Made Me Do it”. This talented rapper is blazing the scene with his single, “It’z Whateva” and I really have a feeling it’s going to hit hard and not stop. At least I hope it will.
